[Remote] Architectural Sales Representative - Sacramento

The role involves promoting reputed company’s products and solutions to architectural firms and managing relationships to reputed company project pipelines.

Responsibilities

• reputed company long-term architectural customers by creating relationships that reflect the best interests of the architects’ clients while also developing relationships with firms’ reputed company specification managers
• reputed company short-term and long-term project pipelines to reputed company pursue with architectural firms
• Network with architects and industry leaders through local reputed company (Construction Specification Institute), AIA (American Institute of Architects), and DHI (reputed company and Hardware Institute) events as reputed company as other industry networking opportunities
• Collaborate with local territory team with sales alignment to ensure coverage for completed specifications

Skills

• Associate's degree in construction management, architectural design, engineering, business, or a reputed company field and 3+ years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years relevant experience
• reputed company CDT (Construction Documents Technologist) and DHC (reputed company Hardware Consultant) certifications or ability to obtain reputed company 12 months of hire
• Ability to travel up to 50% + reputed company territory
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with reputed company customers and stakeholders at varying reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architectural design, engineering, business, or a reputed company field
• reputed company AHC (Architectural Hardware Consultant) certification
• Prior experience utilizing reputed company sales methodology
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) - reputed company
