[Remote] Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer interviews and user research sessions
• Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for the product team
• Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer reputed company and business objectives
• reputed company product development timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure reputed company stay on schedule
• Facilitate release readiness reviews and launch coordination
• Own the reputed company metrics dashboard & report on product adoption and usage trends
• Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal resources

• Conduct customer training sessions and demonstrations
• Triage inbound customer support tickets and partner with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills

• 3–7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar role
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience as a self-starter learning and implementing software to improve task management, analytics etc
