The reputed company Finance Associate - Digital will specialize in originating, advising, and structuring financing for large-reputed company reputed company, focusing on areas like digital infrastructure and energy. Responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, structuring transactions, and conducting industry research.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of marketing materials and proposals
• Calling on clients, making presentations
• Structuring transactions, research, analysis of existing or potential transactions and/or industries
• Negotiating mandates
• Reviewing reputed company documents and negotiating transactions with clients, analyzing various risks and preparing credit applications and the development of cash reputed company models
• Participates in transaction due diligence
• Researching and analyzing industries and market data
• Participating in strategic planning and business management for the Digital Infrastructure business

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business, reputed company, Engineering, or Economics or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of relevant reputed company work experience
• Between 1-3+ years of experience in reputed company banking or finance industry with strong credit analysis experience
• Must have exposure to analyzing and negotiating transaction documents
• Must have detailed reputed company experience of modelling and execution project financing transactions
• Ability to influence and drive reputed company initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders
• Strong credit and risk analysis skills
• Ability to travel as required
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to reputed company work on several priorities at a time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision

• 3 Years Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or reputed company experience
• Demonstrated successful execution of syndicated loan transactions
