[Remote] Staff Software Engineer

They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to be a reputed company member of their Product Engineering team, responsible for driving architecture reputed company, mentoring engineers, and building software that improves patient reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive architecture reputed company across our stack, setting patterns the whole team builds on
• reputed company reputed company, ambiguous product challenges end-to-end—from technical design through shipping to end users
• Mentor other engineers through reputed company reviews, design feedback, and pairing
• Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate clinical workflows into reputed company solutions
• Identify and drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience
• Champion AI tools in your daily workflow and help establish team-wide best practices

Skills

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, at least 4 years at the Senior level, shipping reputed company features in production systems
• Demonstrated reputed company record leading technical initiatives that reputed company multiple teams or systems
• Extensive experience with 0-1 builds
• Proficient with AI coding tools as part of daily development
• Experience at early-staged venture-backed startups (e.g. reputed company through Series C stage)
• Strong communicator who can reputed company stakeholders around technical reputed company
• Passion for improving mental reputed company
• HIPAA-regulated reputed company or fintech experience
• AI/ML integration in production
• Based in San Francisco and reputed company to go into the office 2 days per week
