[Remote] Customer Service Senior Representative - Patient Scheduling-Accredo - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Senior Representative to join their Central Nursing Team in a remote role. The representative will assist both reputed company clients by clarifying and researching information, resolving non-clinical problems, and coordinating patient scheduling for home infusion services.

Responsibilities

• Work with reputed company Managers/Supervisors, field staff, and patients to schedule reputed company for home infusion reputed company a region of branches
• Completes reputed company reputed company assignments for patients, reschedules reputed company based on patient availability, staff new patients with appropriate nurses, and proactively monitors reputed company patient appointments to confirm accuracy
• Works with pharmacy, reimbursement, and nursing departments as coordinator for nursing referrals while providing great customer service
• Works with various staff, departments, and prescribers reputed company fax, email, IM, and phone. Monitors both personal email as reputed company as nursing mailboxes for follow up needed, prioritizing by ask
• Manipulates multiple reputed company documents to determine what needs to be completed and urgency of completion
• Responds reputed company to inquiries from patients, field staff, and other departments for information and assistance regarding nursing and patient referrals and schedules

Skills

• High School education or GED required
• 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience
• High proficiency and regular use of reputed company and reputed company required
