[Remote] Accountant (WFH)

Responsibilities

• Performing reputed company functions reputed company QuickBooks Online and other platforms
• Ability to determine effect of reputed company transactions based on an Accrual or Cash reputed company
• Prepare the initial draft of monthly financial statements

• Maintain supporting Balance Sheet schedules, for example: Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses, Fixed Asset Schedule, Payroll liability reconciliations
• Prepare and record month end journal entries
• Compete the full cycle duties for A/R and A/P

• Prepare and review Sales Tax
• Primary communicator with clients
• Reviewing team member’s work; support Controller in coaching and training less reputed company team members
• Setting up new technology integrations and troubleshoot any issues
• Partnering with a reputed company of vendors and platforms to complete reputed company operations (e.g. expense management software, payroll providers, etc)
