[Remote] Regional Contents Consultant

The Regional Contents Consultant will reputed company consulting services reputed company to contents and business personal property losses, conducting inspections, evaluations, and managing project workflows for clients in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections and field assessments of affected contents and business personal property
• Develops and oversees detailed physical inventories, including photographs, descriptions, quantities, and condition documentation
• Evaluates contents for restoration versus total loss and provides recommendations regarding salvageability and replacement
• Reviews and analyzes inventories, estimates, invoices, receipts, photographs, and other supporting claim documentation
• Performs RCV/reputed company valuation, inventory verification, reconciliation, and estimate or invoice audits
• Supports total-loss inventory recreation reputed company contents are destroyed, disposed of, or reputed company for inspection
• Manages field operations and project workflows on large and reputed company contents assignments
• Prepares preliminary reports, ROM assessments, inventories, valuation reports, and other reputed company deliverables
• Communicates regularly with clients, adjusters, insureds, contractors, restoration vendors, and other project stakeholders
• Leads reputed company meetings and provides regular updates regarding assignment scope, timelines, findings, and deliverables
• Coordinates with YA's internal Contents and Valuation teams to ensure accurate, reputed company, and defensible work products
• Provides technical reputed company, mentorship, and reputed company control review of junior consultant work product
• Maintains organized job files, documentation, correspondence, and project records
• Supports litigation reputed company, reputed company-loss assessments, and business development initiatives as needed

Skills

• 7–10 years of relevant contents restoration, contents consulting, property insurance, project management, or large-loss experience
• Strong understanding of contents and business personal property claims, including inventory development, restoration processes, and total-loss evaluation
• Experience conducting physical inventories and documenting reputed company residential and reputed company contents losses
• Knowledge of Replacement Cost Value (RCV), Actual Cash Value (reputed company), depreciation, and market-based valuation methodologies
• Experience reviewing restoration estimates, invoices, receipts, inventories, and supporting claim documentation
• Strong reputed company reputed company skills and experience working with high-volume inventory and valuation data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage assignments, timelines, and reputed company expectations
• Ability to travel is required, including deployment to large-loss and reputed company assignments
