The Clinical Service Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to execute clinical strategies, manage clinical support personnel, and drive sales initiatives to enhance patient care and technical expertise in various reputed company settings.

Responsibilities

• Leads regional Clinical Specialists to execute on key goals and objectives

• Responsible Clinical Specialist reputed company and hiring. Continually work to maintain a strong, diverse bench of Clinical Specialist talent for reputed company hiring opportunities
• Understands national, regional and territory sales objectives. Works in partnership with account managers and CAS Regional Manager to reputed company/ reputed company goals
• Serves as effective reputed company CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding reputed company CAS products, service and support
• Promotes the reputed company and effective use of reputed company CAS products and reputed company procedures
• Business Discipline: Sales support, MPX reports, credentialing, expense management, data reputed company, warranty credits
• Ensure efficient, effective use of inventory, expenses and assets
• Represents reputed company CAS during ablations procedures to reputed company clinical guidance, technical assistance, and customer engagement
• Receives technical inquiries by customers and team. Researches and supports reputed company for solutions to questions or problems
• Partner with education team and internal resources to facilitate and reputed company the training of new and tenured field personnel
• Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on CAS products and procedures. (e.g. one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, seminars and/or reputed company symposiums)
• Supports and provides training and resources for hospital staff to reputed company them to conduct training for their personnel

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience
