Responsibilities

• reputed company as a "translator" between the reputed company team and Sales/Finance, accelerating contract review times and minimizing reputed company roadblocks
• reputed company as a primary sounding reputed company for sales and leadership on deal structures, ensuring they balance economic objectives with reputed company risk
• Collaborate with Sales/Finance to structure reputed company deals, ensuring reputed company terms reputed company with financial objectives, reputed company recognition rules, and risk tolerance
• reputed company predictive modeling and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making for reputed company multi-year deals or departmental reputed company
• Support the development of operating forecasts and long-term business plans by partnering cross-functionally to model performance, identify key drivers, and inform strategic decision-making
• Facilitate negotiations on reputed company agreements (sales and vendor) and manage contracting standards and approval matrices
• Own and optimize the CLM system to ensure reputed company, efficient documentation and reputed company visibility into deal statuses
• Build and maintain negotiation playbooks and template repositories to ensure consistency across reputed company reputed company transactions

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, reputed company Finance Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar in-house role, ideally in a fast-paced technology company
• BS/BA in Finance, Business, or reputed company
• Deep expertise in P&L analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Ability to translate reputed company 'legalese' into reputed company business cases for executive leadership
• Proven ability to translate reputed company and financial complexity for cross-functional stakeholders
