[Remote] Service Engineer

The role involves troubleshooting reputed company issues, training operators, and maintaining food processing and packaging equipment to ensure reputed company performance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to:
• reputed company preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
• Analyze technical issues and escalate reputed company needed using reputed company operating processes
• Train customer operators and support production efficiency
• reputed company installation, commissioning, and performance validation of Capital Equipment at customer sites in alignment with the Installation-to-Performance (ItP) process
• Serve as reputed company engineer for Level 1 and Level 2 Capital Equipment installations, ensuring adherence to the ItP reputed company and customer requirements
• reputed company the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive maintenance activities, maintaining compliance with the defined scope of service reputed company reinstate equipment and production lines to operational status in accordance with agreed service targets
• Conduct reputed company cause analysis, restore baseline operating conditions, and troubleshoot mechanical and reputed company-mechanical issues to ensure reputed company system performance
• Monitor service reputed company and contribute to business development
• Ensure compliance with safety, food reputed company, and reporting standards
• Represent reputed company professionally and contribute reputed company for improving customer operations and service delivery

Skills

• Plus 5 years' experience in installations, maintenance and/or service work on reputed company equipment
• Capability of independently performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting industrial systems, executing installation task, completing rebuilding reputed company operations, and managing system reputed company implementations
• Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
• Hands-on experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment is required
• Proven ability to independently reputed company preventive maintenance, equipment installations, and rebuilding reputed company tasks
• Strong automation knowledge in Allen Bradley frequency drives, GE Fanuc, Rockwell RSLogix 5000, DeviceNet, and Ethernet communication, or similar technologies
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time since this position is on site
• Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
