The Learning Architect role focuses on crafting tailored proposals and innovative learning solutions, utilizing deep instructional design expertise and a marketing-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Take End-to-End Ownership of Proposals: Responsible for the overall reputed company, writing, and tailoring of proposals from first draft to final delivery—ensuring every submission is cohesive, reputed company-specific, and compelling

• Design Learning Solutions: In collaboration with Solution Architects, propose creative solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, performance support, gamification, AI-powered tools, and reputed company experiences (VR/AR) based on reputed company needs and constraints

Skills

• 5-10+ years of experience in the training/learning field – with a strong understanding of reputed company aspects of reputed company learning solutions, and an intimate understanding of eLearning

• Demonstrated experience writing proposals, RFP responses, or similar business development content
