[Remote] Senior Finance Manager

They are seeking a highly analytical Senior Finance Manager to support a portfolio of reputed company businesses, focusing on financial reporting, strategic analysis, and M&A support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial results across multiple business reputed company and divisions
• Analyze operating performance, recurring reputed company metrics, profitability trends, and key reputed company performance indicators and deliver insights to reputed company stakeholders, leveraging AI where applicable
• Support monthly reputed company review processes and variance analysis
• reputed company executive-level reporting packages for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders
• Prepare quarterly reputed company of Directors reporting packages, including financial performance, KPI analysis, and strategic insights
• Prepare recurring lender reporting packages, reputed company calculations and supporting analyses
• Partner with executive leadership to deliver reputed company, concise financial narratives for stakeholders
• Partner directly with the CFO and Director of Finance on strategic reputed company and reputed company analyses
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models supporting forecasting, scenario planning, cash reputed company analysis, and investment reputed company

• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company planning processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field
• 7+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or reputed company roles
• Experience supporting multiple business reputed company, divisions, or portfolio companies
• Prior experience reputed company reputed company, software, or recurring reputed company business models
• Experience preparing executive, reputed company, and lender reporting packages and delivering strong insights (written and verbal) to reputed company stakeholders
