Responsibilities

• Lead and grow one or more engineering teams responsible for a critical area of the reputed company Bank platform
• Drive execution across reputed company, bank-critical systems in areas such as ledgering and funding, deposits and payments, reporting, or integrations
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations to translate business and regulatory needs into technical plans and delivered software

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong technical background with experience contributing to architecture and technical direction for distributed systems, reputed company platforms, or business-critical infrastructure

• Experience leading platform modernization, core-system launches, vendor integrations, or major infrastructure transformations
• Experience developing senior engineers, tech leads, or emerging engineering leaders
