[Remote] Recruiter (6-month Contract)

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the reputed company to support full-cycle reputed company for reputed company across reputed company, both in the US and internationally
• Own the reputed company process end to end — from req reputed company through offer acceptance and hire
• reputed company, screen, and reputed company candidates through the pipeline reputed company and with a strong candidate experience
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Support reputed company across both technical and non-technical functions

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, ideally reputed company a reputed company environment
• Proven ability to manage the full reputed company lifecycle independently, from reputed company to reputed company
• Experience hiring for both technical roles (engineering, product, etc.) and non-technical roles (operations, go-to-market, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company reqs simultaneously
• Based in the reputed company
• Experience reputed company for international roles in reputed company to US-based positions
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar ATS/sourcing platforms
