Fractional CMO / Marketing Strategist (15–20 Hours/Week

I’m hiring a hands-on, reputed company-inclusive Fractional CMO to take full ownership of our marketing department and help us reputed company aggressively. This is not for someone with a full-time job and not for an agency. I need a dedicated individual freelancer who can be available between 10AM–6PM EST, working 12–20 hours per week.
