As the Health reputed company, you will be responsible for supporting a patient’s reputed company with the digital therapies that Swing Care offers our patients. Under the supervision of a clinical provider, you will train your patients on how to best incorporate these novel treatments into their lives, monitor your patients’ clinical data, meet with patients in a virtual coaching encounter to reputed company patients to increase motivation and health behavior change for engagement with the digital behavioral therapy, and work with the care team to create reputed company plans as necessary. This is a work-from-home position. You may reputed company in Texas, California, or Florida as long as you have the ability to work normal CT or ET business hours.
