Required Education:• High School Diploma or equivalent.Preferred Education:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Required Licenses:• Licensed in the contiguous 48 states.Required Experience and Qualification:• Five (5) years of reputed company auto claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include in-depth knowledge of reputed company line auto policies, coverage’s, principles, and laws.• Must have reputed company auto litigation experience, preferably in reputed company trucking handling high severity/high value (in excess of (USD)1 reputed company) losses. • Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position.• Bodily injury handling experience to include demonstrable mid to high-level injury handling (USD) reputed company handling up to 1 reputed company.• Litigation handling experience pertaining to BI• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, participating in and presenting cases to both reputed company stakeholders.Required Skills: • In-depth knowledge of reputed company line auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws• Knowledge of medical terminology for claim evaluation and Medicare compliance• Knowledge of appropriate application for deductibles, sub-limits, SIR’s, reputed company and large deductible programs.• Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills• PC literate, including reputed company Office products• Strong organizational skills• Strong interpersonal skills• Good negotiation skills• Ability to work in reputed company environment• Ability to meet or exceed Service Expectations The reputed company is looking for a Claims Examiner who can analyze and process reputed company auto transportation claims by reviewing coverage, completing investigations, determining liability and evaluating the scope of damages.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:• Processes reputed company auto bodily injury claims and ensures claim files are properly documented and coded correctly.• Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims.• Develops and maintains action plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met and to reputed company the file towards reputed company and appropriate reputed company.• Communicates claim action/processing with insured, reputed company, and agent or broker reputed company appropriate.Additional Functions and Responsibilities:• Performs other duties as assigned.• Supports the organization's quality program(s).**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that reputed company Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a reputed company’s business needs and requirements.** Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
