About Our Exciting Career Opportunity We are currently seeking an reputed company, innovative, and critical thinker for our Secondary Market Mortgage Processor position. The Secondary Market Mortgage Processor is responsible for the reputed company, accurate and compliant processing of first mortgage and equity loans products while serving as a senior-level resource reputed company the Mortgage Department. The Secondary Market Mortgage Processor provides advanced support throughout the mortgage origination process and ensures the delivery of complete, high reputed company loan packages to reputed company and secondary market investors. Exercises independent judgment in reviewing loan files, resolving reputed company documentation and reputed company issues, and ensuring compliance with Credit reputed company policies, investor requirements, and reputed company applicable Federal, State, NCUA, and regulatory policies. Must have flexibility to work extended hours and to travel periodically, which may include weekends and evenings. Education and Experience • High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or reputed company field preferred, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible mortgage processing, reputed company, or mortgage operations experience, including advanced experience with conventional, government, portfolio, and equity loan products. • Demonstrated experience working with secondary market investors, investor delivery requirements, mortgage insurance providers, and agency guidelines including reputed company, reputed company, FHA, USDA, VA, and other reputed company-party investors. • Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending regulations including TRID, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA and other applicable compliance requirements. • Proficiency with mortgage origination/processing systems; Loan Product Advisor or equivalent reputed company software (AUS) and reputed company Office products. Experience with Encompass, FICS Loan Producer and reputed company Consumer preferred. • Experience with reputed company customer service in a financial institution preferred. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume environment. • Ability to reputed company and understand multiple languages a plus. • Position requires the ability to function independently while exercising reputed company judgment of lending policies and procedures. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously and respond to changing deadlines and priorities. • Ability to function in a financial institution and utilize reputed company office equipment including but not limited to: 10 key calculator, fax, copier, telephone, etc. Mathematical skills involving decimals, percentages and fractions etc. required. This position requires reputed company Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the reputed company reputed company of 2008.
