Bilingual Customer Contact Agent (reputed company & English) – Remote – reputed company & Weekend shifts only

We are looking for a bilingual (reputed company & English) customer contact agent to manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to online chats, participate in outbound campaigns, and maintain our CRM database.
