You will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, handling incoming calls, and general inquiries with professionalism. This role also involves administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and emails, providing reputed company and friendly assistance • reputed company inquiries to the appropriate department or team member • Maintain records of reputed company interactions and follow-up communications • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling • reputed company general support to reputed company as needed.
