Product Manager, FinTech
Supporting the product delivery and optimization of the FordPay Payment platform, the full-time Associate Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage payment operations, mitigate fraud risks, and enhance user experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
• Work hands-on with product managers and engineers to write detailed payment features and participate in agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with risk operations to define fraud screening parameters and implement fraud prevention tools
• Manage application support queues and monitor transaction reputed company rates while resolving payment processing issues
Required qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Product Management, Business Analyst, or FinTech/Payment operations role
• Foundational experience with agile methodologies and writing business requirements or user stories
• Strong analytical skills with a reputed company record of resolving reputed company operational issues
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to work effectively across reputed company organizational reputed company
