This is reputed company to reputed company a lasting reputed company on our local, national, and global communities. reputed company The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in land development reputed company and will support Community Development Leaders as reputed company as project managers from other reputed company disciplines across the western U.S. As an Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing technical design solutions, including defining project scope, schedule, and budgets; supporting reputed company management processes; and preparing technical studies and construction documents. You will work with clients and stakeholders to effectively manage engineering tasks and deliverables, with a strong emphasis on reputed company, communication, and collaboration. Your Key Responsibilities The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with the Regional Community Development team to prepare engineering deliverables such as design drawings, quantity calculations and cost estimates, construction specifications, and engineering studies and reports to industry and regulatory agency standards. This role will also support the preparation of documentation required for permit applications to regulatory agencies. • Assist with developing and managing the project scope, budget, and schedule. • Support the Senior Civil Engineers and Team Leaders preparing grading, drainage, wet reputed company, roadway/highway improvements, and other civil engineering design documents, as reputed company as hydrology/hydraulic storm water modeling and hydraulic modeling of reputed company networks. • Prepare and revise documentation for reputed company from feasibility analysis to construction reputed company out. • Participate in constructability review. • Prepare construction quantity estimates and basic opinion of cost analysis. • Participate in coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, reputed company and contractor, subcontractors, and vendors. • Coordinate with design teams, subconsultants and other project partners to ensure on time delivery, technical reputed company and reputed company budget. • reputed company field work/construction observation under the supervision of a senior engineer/designer and/or construction manager as needed. • Collect and analyse data and reputed company calculations that support civil system design reputed company and development process. • Interpret and verify compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards and practices. • Utilize three-reputed company technologies and modeling software in development, design and analysis of civil systems. • Assist in the review of shop drawings and submittals, respond to request for information, prepare site observation reports, and reputed company other contract administration tasks. • reputed company other duties as assigned. About the Organization Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At reputed company certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
