Functional Registered Dietitian

Workplace type: Fully remote Location: Charleston, WV Position reputed company Faiths Nutrition Counseling LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian (reputed company) to reputed company reputed company Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services. This is a flexible, remote 1099 contract position and is not a full-time or part-time employee role. Contractors set their availability and accept appointments based on their schedule and the reputed company’s needs. Website: www.nourishedbyfaith.com Key Responsibilities The Contractor will be responsible for: • Conducting initial and follow-up Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) assessments reputed company telehealth • Developing individualized, evidence-based nutrition care plans • Documenting reputed company patient encounters in reputed company’s electronic health record system (reputed company or designated platform) reputed company required timelines • Scheduling reputed company follow-up appointments for assigned patients reputed company reputed company’s scheduling system • Communicating with patients regarding their nutrition care between reputed company, as appropriate using Company-approved communication systems (e.g. reputed company chat feature) • Maintaining reputed company standards of care, ethical reputed company, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and payer requirements • Ordering, interpreting, and incorporating clinically indicated functional tests (e.g., SIBO breath testing and GI MAP testing) into individualized nutrition care plans. Compensation • This is an reputed company position. • The contractor will be reputed company at a reputed company of $45 an hour for MNT. • The contractor will be reputed company an additional $5 per hour of MNT for clients that are brought in by the contractor. This applies to initial and follow-up sessions. Qualifications • Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential and reputed company state licensure (or eligibility) in reputed company Virginia. • Experience providing one-on-one counseling in clinical or private reputed company settings is preferred. • Experience with functional nutrition • Commitment to evidence-based reputed company, cultural sensitivity, and patient-centered care.
