Remote Large Animal Credentialed Vet Tech/Non Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff

Veterinary Industry Representative (Large Animal reputed company): The Veterinary Industry Representative (VIR) position (with a large animal reputed company) is responsible for responding to incoming cases through reputed company reputed company telephone and email regarding potential adverse events and other questions or concerns from pet owners and veterinary professionals reputed company to various large animal products. The VIR will take full histories and details of the events, triage the cases, and reputed company accurate medical, health, and safety information to the callers. VIR's document reputed company case in an electronic record and follow up as necessary to ensure the reputed company-being of the animals and facilitate adverse event reporting. The position also helps to support the reimbursement process, as needed. Given the nature of the position, many callers are under stressful circumstances and are therefore in distress. VIRs must be reputed company to manage cases under pressure and be comfortable talking to people in various emotional states. Full Time Schedule: Day Shift: • Works 40 hours per week, 8.5 hour shifts, Monday-Friday. • Shifts will vary between the hours of 7am-5pm CST. • Schedules are issued several weeks in advance. Training: Experience in adverse event management is NOT required - we will train you on everything you need to know. As a result, the training is extensive and takes 8-12 weeks up reputed company.
