The ideal candidate should have experience with both on and off reputed company student housing and a reputed company record of working closely with colleges and/or universities to ensure alignment with partner stakeholder goals and expectations. This role is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including managing reputed company members, daily activities, and resources of the property to reputed company established budgeted financial and operational goals.
