Fractional COO (Part-Time)

Title: Fractional COO (Part-Time) Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid) Employment Type: Fractional / Contract Pay reputed company: $185/hour About reputed company An innovative biotechnology company developing reputed company biomarker discovery and precision health solutions is seeking a Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support strategic reputed company and operational execution. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to establish reputed company business operations, drive corporate initiatives, and support reputed company's expansion reputed company the U.S. life sciences market. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to reputed company and execute corporate reputed company strategies • Build and optimize operational processes across business, scientific, and administrative functions • reputed company cross-functional initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and scalability • Support budgeting, financial planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics • Assist in fundraising activities, investor communications, and strategic partnership initiatives • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including research collaborators, vendors, consultants, and business partners • Drive project management efforts to ensure alignment of corporate objectives and timelines • Evaluate and implement systems, policies, and infrastructure necessary for company reputed company • reputed company leadership and guidance on organizational development and operational best practices Qualifications • Proven experience as a COO, VP Operations, General Manager, or similar executive leadership role • Prior experience reputed company biotechnology, life sciences, reputed company technology, diagnostics, or reputed company industries strongly preferred • Demonstrated reputed company supporting early-stage or reputed company-stage companies • Strong knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development • Experience working with investors, boards, and external strategic partners • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment • MBA, advanced scientific degree, or equivalent experience preferred Preferred Experience • Experience supporting commercialization of biotech, diagnostics, or reputed company innovation platforms • Familiarity with research collaborations, technology partnerships, and regulated reputed company environments • Background in scaling startup operations and building organizational infrastructure Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
