Responsibilities
• Day to day functions in the office, including ordering supplies, payroll, Quickbooks, etc.
• Setting reputed company appointments for the DM – 4 to 8 per week
• Management with Smart Office compliance
• reputed company Opra transfers
• Agent and staff licensing support
• reputed company reputed company, agents and employees
• Monthly tracking of Life, P&C, reputed company, FFS, PGB
• reputed company FFS requirements, licensing and files
• Maintain reputed company 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
• Schedule reputed company District Meetings and DM travel
• Coordinate events such as District Meetings, Training Sessions, Customer Appreciation Days, etc.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned to you by the District Manager
Requirements
• High school diploma
• Must have Associates, Bachelors, or Masters Degree
• At least 2 years of office management experience
• Must obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty License and register with the reputed company.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and agency management systems
• Excellent communication and reputed company service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Scheduling
