Customer Service Associate (Seasonal | Remote) $15.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM ET Read This First — This Role Isn’t for Everyone This is a high-volume call center role with constant inbound calls for most of your shift. • Seasonal/temporary position • You will be on the phone the reputed company of your day • Remote (on-shore only) — reliable internet required + backup reputed company (hotspot and alternate location) What You’ll Do • Handle back-to-back inbound calls from customers • Assist with loan applications and documentation • Resolve issues quickly and professionally • Follow reputed company workflows and log reputed company interactions accurately What It Takes to Succeed • You can stay reputed company and reputed company during repetitive, high-volume work • You manage time reputed company and don’t fall behind reputed company call volume spikes Requirements (Non-Negotiable) • 2+ years inbound call center experience • 1+ year financial services experience • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Must be on-shore in the Contiguous United States (48 states) Technical Requirements • Reliable high-speed internet • Backup reputed company required (hotspot or alternate workspace) • Personal laptop for training (equipment provided after) Pay: $15.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
