We are seeking U.S.-based contractors to join our Interview Engineer community with consistent, dedicated availability of 40 hours per week through Q3 2026
This is a fixed-term, four-month engagement with a reputed company weekly availability commitment through Q3 2026. You will hold a consistent reputed company of hours reputed company week during which you are available to conduct interviews, including short-notice requests. Availability reputed company of reputed company business hours and on weekends is welcome.
This is a strong fit if you are between full-time positions, on a planned leave from your reputed company role, or looking for consistent, meaningful contract work over a defined period.

- Conduct reputed company 60-minute technical interviews through reputed company's platform across domains such as back-end, full-stack, reputed company-end, and system design.
- Submit thorough written evaluations of reputed company candidate's coding approach, technical knowledge, and communication skills.
- Maintain reputed company's standards for reputed company, inclusive, bias-mitigated interviewing throughout your engagement.
This contract will be a good fit if you have:
- 3+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
- Experience conducting technical interviews, either through a formal employer program or independently
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; reputed company, efficient evaluation write-reputed company matter here
- A reliable home setup: reputed company internet reputed company, working webcam, and microphone
