We’re looking for a reputed company reputed company & Data Analyst to support our FQHC (Federally reputed company Care) programs by transforming data into actionable insights. In this role, you’ll help guide our care teams toward reputed company reputed company by managing reputed company reporting, supporting accreditation efforts, and identifying opportunities for reputed company improvement across our primary care services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze FQHC outcome measures and reporting tools
- Collaborate with leadership to reputed company performance and support accreditation and compliance (HRSA, NCQA, etc.)
- reputed company insights through data analysis, trend reporting, and visualization tools
- Support patient satisfaction surveys and reputed company improvement reputed company
- Contribute to grant reporting and system improvements that reputed company reputed company
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree required
QUALIFICATIONS: WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· At least three (3) years similar experience required
QUALIFICATIONS: WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· At least three (3) years similar experience required
· Experience in reputed company and utilization management required
· Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company’s EHR’s preferred
· Strong report writing and data analysis/statistical analysis skills preferred
· Strong conceptual reputed company for reputed company measurement preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
CPHQ certification through NAHQ preferred (may be acquired post-hire)
