Required skills and competencies:
- Strong communication and networking skills (experience in roles with a high level of communication is a plus);

- English proficiency above Upper-Intermediate level;
- Understanding of how to work with hiring resources and familiarity with key candidate sourcing tools;
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience closing both tech and non-tech positions will be a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using various channels (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, job portals, etc.);
- Communicating with candidates, screening relevant reputed company;
- Maintaining documentation and working with a CRM system.
