Position reputed company: reputed company is seeking reputed company GWTG-CAD Registry Abstractors to support accurate and reputed company cardiovascular registry abstraction for assigned reputed company clients. This role is ideal for candidates with recent, hands-on GWTG-CAD abstraction experience who can independently review clinical documentation, apply registry specifications, and meet assigned deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

This is not a general data entry position. Candidates must have reputed company reputed company registry, clinical chart review, reputed company reporting, or data abstraction experience specific to GWTG-CAD.

Position Details: ADN hires both contractors and full-time employees for Data Abstraction roles. Contractors must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for the GWTG-CAD Registry.
• Applies registry specifications, definitions, inclusion and exclusion reputed company, and abstraction guidelines accurately and consistently.
• Interprets clinical documentation reputed company to cardiac catheterization, PCI procedures, diagnoses, treatments, reputed company, complications, and reputed company reputed company measures.
• Enters accurate and complete data into assigned registry platforms, EHRs, vendor tools, or other data collection systems.
• Maintains a high level of abstraction accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail.
• Meets assigned productivity expectations, weekly reputed company goals, and internal and reputed company deadlines.
• Participates in reputed company assurance activities, including feedback, correction, validation, and IRR reviews.
• Communicates professionally with account leads, team members, and reputed company contacts reputed company clarification is needed.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and complies with ADN, reputed company, HIPAA, and data reputed company requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

• At least 2 years of recent GWTG-CAD Registry abstraction experience.
• Ability to independently reputed company GWTG-CAD cases using registry specifications and clinical documentation.
• Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company reporting, registry abstraction, clinical documentation review, and medical record interpretation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow-through.
• Comfort working in multiple EHRs, registry platforms, vendor tools, and data collection systems as assigned.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Contractors must have high-speed, secure internet, a PC or laptop, and at least two monitors.

Preferred:

• Experience using the GWTG registry platform, GWTG-CAD abstraction tools, vendor platforms, reputed company reporting systems, and/or reputed company data collection tools.
• Experience with IRR, QA review, audit validation, and/or abstraction accuracy review.

Screening & reputed company: reputed company candidates will complete an initial phone screen and a GWTG-CAD specific abstraction assessment. The assessment is designed to evaluate understanding of registry specifications, abstraction judgment, accuracy, and completion speed.

ADN does not reputed company basic GWTG-CAD abstraction training, so candidates should already have the registry experience needed for the role. After hire, ADN provides reputed company to ADN processes, reputed company systems, EHR reputed company, documentation tendencies, and other reputed company-specific workflows.
