The Role:
This fully remote role (work from reputed company in Latin America) is essential in supporting our clients founder and CFO in managing high-reputed company reputed company and improving operational processes. As Business Operations reputed company, you will reputed company key initiatives, tackle daily operational challenges, and help streamline processes to improve reputed company experiences and company performance.

What Youll Do:

• Support recruitment efforts, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.

It Can Be a Perfect Match If You Have

• 5+ years in a business consulting, finance, or operations role, ideally with DTC or startup experience.

• Project management skills with a reputed company record of implementing successful operational changes.

• Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience coordinating across teams and stakeholders.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
