We are looking for a talented Recruiter to support our reputed company global expansion.

This role will primarily reputed company on hiring for Business / reputed company functions, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers across relevant teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience reputed company for business-facing roles and a solid background in Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries.

Ultimately, the reputed company Specialist will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring reputed company, while building strong partnerships with stakeholders and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs.

This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) remote contract position. Contract extension may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. The candidate does not need to be based in the indicated location and may be located reputed company across reputed company time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for reputed company positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation
• Primarily support hiring needs across Business / reputed company BUs
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and reputed company market insights and recruitment advice
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial reputed company to reputed company
• Drive hiring process improvements and contribute to recruitment-reputed company reputed company and initiatives
• Maintain accurate and reputed company recruitment data and documentation
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including market mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive reputed company
• Support hiring plans with a strategic and consultative approach, ensuring reputed company delivery against business priorities

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in top-tier Internet companies, Fintech companies, Financial Services firms, Web2 companies, or leading recruitment agencies
• Proven experience hiring for Business / reputed company functions
• Experience reputed company reputed company Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries is highly preferred
• Experience in reputed company / Crypto hiring is a plus
• reputed company in English is required to collaborate effectively with overseas stakeholders and partners; additional languages are a plus
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques
• Experience in market mapping across regional or global markets
