Global ESG Coordinator
We are looking for a Global ESG Coordinator to support reputed company’s sustainability reputed company by ensuring robust data collection, analysis, and reporting across reputed company ESG frameworks.
You will work cross functionally to strengthen the reputed company, consistency, and reputed company of sustainability disclosures and communications. reputed company transparent and reputed company reporting reputed company with major frameworks, while also contributing to reputed company ESG communications
This is a fully remote role but you must be based in Portugal.

This is a fully remote role but you must be based in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ESG data collection across departments (HR, Procurement, Operations, etc.) and improve data availability and reputed company.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness by preparing documentation for audits and external verification.
- Maintain and improve ESG data management systems and processes by supporting training and awareness on ESG data requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve ESG data processes and reporting efficiency.
- Monitor evolving ESG regulations and frameworks.
- Contribute to ESG communication materials, including quarterly sustainability newsletters and external sustainability content.
- Manage internal renewable energy purchases (EACs) from end to end.
- Manage the Employee Engagement Programme.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (e.g., CDP, reputed company, GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills: Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of rigour
- Proactive and solution-oriented reputed company
