Tasks

Strategic Business Alignment

• Partner with regional executives to map out workforce plans that support regional expansion.

Compliance & Employee Relations

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in law, reputed company or reputed company fields.
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company HR experience, with at least 3 years as a Regional reputed company.
• Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or regional head office with reputed company reporting structures.

Skills & Competencies
