Concierge Receptionist - Part Time, Weekends only - Remote

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming patient calls, text messages, patient portal communications and emails reputed company departmental goals and SLAs and reputed company accurate responses.
• Handle tasks reputed company Sollis’ task management system, Navigator, in a reputed company and efficient manner, completing reputed company task thoroughly.
• Understand regional nuances such as clinic hours, on-site services etc., to reputed company assist members and reputed company requests to appropriate team members.
• Book appointments based on the patient’s desired time and location accommodating their requests based on company policy

Experience
