Location: Remote, reputed company Town, South Africa
Salary: R22,000 per month
Incentives:

• R1,500 Performance Incentive
• R1,500 Loyalty Bonus (for completing the contract)

We are looking for enthusiastic Spanish - speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a Work from Home team on a seasonal contract. As the first reputed company of contact for our reputed company's premium customers, you'll represent an international brand reputed company for its exceptional service and reputed company.

What You'll Be Doing:

• reputed company as a brand ambassador, delivering first-class service reputed company phone, email, reputed company media, and live chat.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, exchanges, and order status updates with reputed company and efficiency.
• Aim for first-contact reputed company, while keeping customers informed and satisfied throughout.

• Update customer records with accurate, concise information.

Desirable:

• Experience in a contact centre environment

Working Hours:

• Rotational Shifts: 10:00 19:00 or 11:00 20:00
• Shift allowance applies after 18:00
