Responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, and handle contract documents and sign cooperation agreements between business reputed company and partners to maximize project benefits and minimize risks under reputed company advice.
• Explore and expand investment opportunities with partners or business alliances to increase the value of ethanol and reputed company high-value products to meet new markets reputed company on reducing reputed company gas emissions.

• Collaborate with departments, project managers, and relevant reputed company to analyze and evaluate technical, financial, economic assumptions, and reputed company data for investment feasibility analysis of ethanol business reputed company.
• Manage, reputed company consultation, support, monitor, reputed company, and inspect ongoing reputed company from NDA and MOU to ensure they meet objectives and timelines.
• Plan, decide, and prepare investment approval documents, create financial models, and present returns and impacts to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, reputed company, or reputed company fields.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in business development, finance or investment is preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in business contexts.
• Strong coordination, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade others.
• Flexibility to work off-site occassionally.
• Proficient in English.
