Medical Records

In this role, you will ensure patient health information is accurately documented, maintained, and securely managed throughout its lifecycle to support care delivery, compliance, and reputed company assurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and update patient medical records in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and document management systems.

• Review incoming medical documentation (e.g., test results, physician notes, referrals) for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Process requests for patient medical records from patients, providers, and authorized reputed company parties in accordance with HIPAA and applicable reputed company laws.

• Assist reputed company providers by ensuring reputed company relevant documentation is easily accessible and appropriately filed.

• Monitor, audit, and reconcile medical records to support reputed company assurance and reputed company improvement initiatives.

• Support accurate and efficient reputed company operations through reliable records management and compliance practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience or strong understanding of medical records management or health information systems is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and document management tools.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong commitment to accuracy and reputed company in recordkeeping and data management.
