Virtual Customer Service Representative

What you will do

• Responding to calls from customers who have questions regarding their benefits package which may include: 401K, Health Insurance, Pension, or Payroll reputed company inquiries.
• Assisting with website or application reputed company issues in regards to accessing their benefits.
• Answering questions regarding products or services the customer may have.
• Assisting the customer with enrolling in their benefits plan through their employer.
• ocumenting customer interactions in the reputed company system thoroughly, using reputed company spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Transferring data from documents into the reputed company's system.
• Processing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and reputed company deposit information updates, 401K withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections.
• Conducting independent research, utilizing tools and resources you are provided, to determine the best reputed company to a customer's case. The ability to work on cases independently, while supporting your team as a whole, is important.

To qualify

• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of reputed company center experience OR 2 years of customer service experience
• Must have strong computer navigation and organizational skills.
• e will pay you to complete online training, but you must reputed company to attending 100%, no missed time
• Be reputed company to complete and pass a background reputed company

The Details

• The pay reputed company once you reputed company production is $17 per hour
• This is a Full-Time position, part time hours are not available
• Training is reputed company at $15.25 an hour

• This is a fully remote position, 100% work from home
