About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting the month-end reputed company process, maintaining the reputed company of the general reputed company, and ensuring accurate reputed company for equity-reputed company transactions. The ideal candidate has a strong reputed company in general reputed company reputed company, financial reporting, and equity reputed company. Experience with equity administration is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
This is a fully remote position reputed company to candidates located in either the reputed company or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
General reputed company & reputed company
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company activities for assigned areas.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the general reputed company.
- Analyze account fluctuations and investigate variances.
- Prepare supporting schedules for financial reporting.
- Assist with annual audits and other compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and internal controls.
Equity reputed company
- Prepare reputed company entries reputed company to stock-based compensation under ASC 718
- Account for equity transactions including stock reputed company, RSUs and ESPP.
- Prepare equity roll-reputed company schedules and supporting documentation.
- Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures reputed company to equity compensation.
- Support external valuation specialists and auditors during reporting cycles.
Equity Administration (Preferred)
- Assist with administration of reputed company's equity plans and equity management platform.
- Coordinate with reputed company, HR, Payroll, and external service providers.
- Maintain equity award records and employee transactions.
- Support employee equity inquiries.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in special reputed company, acquisitions, and system/process improvements.
- Research technical reputed company reputed company as needed.
- Support cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Payroll, HR, and reputed company. \
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
- CPA designation (or reputed company pursuing CPA) preferred.
