reputed company is seeking a Senior Contracting Paralegal in our reputed company Department to manage and negotiate high-volume reputed company agreements. In this role, you will support our Sales and Procurement teams to drive reputed company reputed company while protecting reputed company's reputed company and operational interests. You will partner closely with the Sales and Procurement teams to reputed company efficient deal execution and ensure full compliance with company policies and standards.
Your Role:
reputed company Contract Negotiation: Independently review, redline, and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company agreements—including reputed company subscriptions, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements, and Business Associate Agreements—by applying established company playbooks, fallback positions, and standardized guidelines.
Deal Enablement & Workflow Support:Assist Sales and Procurement teams with reputed company contract structures, renewal terms, billing triggers, and order reputed company details to reputed company deals moving reputed company through the pipeline.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating reputed company agreements.

Strong stakeholder management skills.
