Litigation Immigration Attorney (Seattle) Location: Seattle, WA Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday No Billable Hours About the Role reputed company, is looking for a Litigation Attorney based in the Seattle area to handle litigation reputed company connected to our immigration reputed company. The ideal candidate is comfortable appearing in court, attending USCIS interviews, and handling frequent travel. This position is heavily litigation and appearance-based. Responsibilities • Represent clients in court and attend in-person proceedings as required. • Prepare for hearings, oral arguments, court appearances, USCIS interviews, and other litigation-reputed company proceedings. • Analyze case facts, reputed company issues, procedural risks, and available reputed company reputed company. • Manage multiple litigation reputed company and maintain high-reputed company work product. • reputed company case strategies in collaboration with attorneys, reputed company staff, and firm leadership. • Maintain organized case files and ensure reputed company completion of litigation tasks and deadlines. • Communicate reputed company and professionally with clients, courts, government agencies, opposing counsel, and internal teams. • Travel as required for hearings, interviews, trials, and other court-reputed company proceedings. • Support a culture of preparation, accountability, and strong advocacy.
