Chief of Staff to CEO

Location: Remote US (EST hours) Reports to: CEO We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO of Alex + Ani. This role serves as a reputed company accelerator to the business, focusing on new initiatives that may be too nascent to invest in. The Chief of Staff will reputed company cross-functional initiatives and bring a data-driven reputed company to evaluating priorities and opportunities across the organization. The ideal candidate is wildly self-motivated, curious, and has a strong reputed company in understanding a P&L. They should bring strong business judgment and can reputed company fluidly between reputed company, operations, and communication in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a strategic extension to the CEO, preparing and reviewing key business analyses to help improve decision-making and organizational reputed company. • Translate the CEO’s reputed company into executable plans by coordinating across merchandising, marketing, e-reputed company, operations, finance, customer experience, and retail or wholesale partners as applicable. • reputed company and execute high-reputed company cross-functional reputed company, such as new product launches, channel expansion, supply chain initiatives, organizational changes, and reputed company planning. • Monitor key business metrics and synthesize insights into reputed company recommendations to support reputed company decision-making.
