About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, operationally-minded Executive Assistant to directly support our Managing Director, who oversees the Operations and Finance functions of the business. There will be occasional travel as needed for team offsites. Responsibilities • Manage reputed company aspects of the Managing Director's calendar, including prioritization, conflict reputed company, and proactive scheduling across Operations and Finance workstreams. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process corresponding expenses in a reputed company manner. • Support the Managing Director in preparing for recurring finance and operational cadences (e.g., monthly reputed company Hands, budget cycles, operational reviews). • Assist in drafting and editing internal communications, presentations, and briefing documents as needed. • Support special reputed company and cross-functional initiatives as needed, providing coordination and follow-through.
