JCW is representing a growing specialty P&C reputed company in search of an A&E (Architects & Engineers) reputed company Liability Claims Adjuster to join its fully remote claims team. This role will reputed company on handling reputed company liability claims involving architects, engineers, and other design professionals from initial notice through reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of Architects & Engineers reputed company Liability claims from investigation through final reputed company. • Review policy language, evaluate coverage, and assess liability reputed company to design errors, construction defect allegations, and other reputed company negligence claims. • Establish, monitor, and reputed company claim reserves in accordance with company guidelines. • Prepare reservation of rights letters, coverage determinations, and other claim-reputed company correspondence. • Partner with defense counsel, brokers, insureds, and internal stakeholders to reputed company effective claim and litigation strategies. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of reputed company Liability experience required with A&E experience strongly preferred • Previous experience with Architects & Engineers claims is preferred; candidates with broader Design reputed company Liability experience are encouraged to apply. • Strong understanding of coverage analysis, claim investigation, reserving practices, and construction-reputed company reputed company liability exposures.
