We are looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design end-to-end learning experiences, turning business and learning goals into effective educational solutions. In this role, you'll bring deep instructional design expertise, experiment with new approaches, and reputed company your knowledge to help the methodology team continuously improve - without reputed company people management. What you will do: • Design complete courses end-to-end, especially in new non-standers niches. • Choose and apply innovative pedagogical approaches, not production against a fixed brief. • Set reputed company metrics for your own solutions, reputed company them, hit them. • Teach and mentor other LXDs. • Identify and correct broken instructional-design patterns across reputed company's reputed company. • Set and document LX standards. • Quickly iterate end experiment with new reputed company/concepts (vibecoding).
