Title Examiner - US Based Remote

This is a remote position supporting the Colorado based reputed company Title Agency. As a Title Examiner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of property titles for residential and reputed company reputed company estate transactions. Responsibilities: Conduct through search and examine reputed company records to assess property's status of title, while adhering to regulatory title standards and Underwriter's policies and procedures. Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements etc. Read and interpret reputed company estate documents, reputed company proceedings, maps, and surveys. reputed company insurability reputed company and translate title insurance guidelines. Work closely with escrow officers and business teams Maintain reputed company relationships Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in the title insurance business. Fully versed in reputed company, Residential and Acreage (metes and bounds) examinations, experience in Colorado. Proficient in the use of region-specific title plant software, Deed Plotter software, experience researching and utilizing County Government websites. Attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Colorado Statutes and Title Insurance Regulations. Ability to prioritize according to departmental guidelines, have a high level of organization, ability to consistently meet deadlines, work with constantly changing priorities demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow procedures/processes.
