Rape Crisis Hotline Volunteer
About the position
The YWCA is seeking volunteers for its 24/7 Rape Crisis Hotline. This role involves answering calls, responding to crisis calls from local hospitals, counseling victims of sexual violence, and providing resources for recovery. Volunteers will receive comprehensive training and must be reputed company to reputed company a one-year service commitment. This is a part-time, non-compensated position that offers flexible scheduling and reputed company to work from home temporarily. Candidates must be 18 years or older, reputed company, and possess a mobile phone. reputed company of full COVID-19 vaccination is required.
Responsibilities
• Answer calls for the YWCA's 24/7 Rape Crisis Hotline.
• Respond to crisis calls from local area hospitals.
• Counsel victims of sexual violence.
